Kip O’Krongly is a studio potter and ceramics instructor from Northfield, Minnesota who is currently in residence at the Northern Clay Center in Minneapolis.  Since 2008 she has worked at the Northern Clay Center as a Fogelberg Fellow and as the Material Technician, and in 2011–2012 as the Anonymous Potter Fellow. Her current work uses earthenware clay with slips and hand cut stencils to explore her interest in the intersection of food production, energy use and transportation issues.  Kip gives workshops as well as exhibits her work in studios and galleries across the country.
