Featured Artist: Joshua Norton
Joshua Norton is a Minneapolis based printmaking artist. Educated at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, MFA and at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, BFA, Norton's hand printed work references myths and legends through graphic line and bold color.
Each print is hand printed in very small runs by the artist. All woodcuts are hand carved. All screen prints were created through hand cut rubylith stencils. Because of the nature of the woodcut process, each print contains unique and subtle differences.
