What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

What is the sales tax rate?

Minnesota customers will be charged 7.775% sales tax on non-apparel purchases.

How do I send a purchase as a gift?

Write “THIS IS A GIFT” in the Comments Box in the shopping cart. Then add your personal comments for the recipient. A card with your personalized message will be included. The price of the item will be removed.

What do I do if merchandise has been damaged in transit?

Notify us immediately at CustomerService.shop@walkerart.org. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please retain the original packaging. We will work with you to arrange returning the item(s). Replacement merchandise will be sent once the return is received.

What is the Walker Shop return policy?

Please notify us first at CustomerService.shop@walkerart.org. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging and condition. Enclose original invoice with return. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable. Posters are not returnable. Sale items are not returnable.

Can I purchase Walker Shop merchandise, Walker tickets, and Walker memberships in the same transaction?

Separate transactions are required when purchasing Walker Shop merchandise, Walker tickets, and Walker memberships.
