What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

 

 

What is the sales tax rate?

Minnesota customers will be charged 7.775% sales tax on non-apparel purchases.

 

 

How do I send a purchase as a gift?

Write “THIS IS A GIFT” in the Comments Box in the shopping cart. Then add your personal comments for the recipient. A card with your personalized message will be included. The price of the item will be removed.



What do I do if merchandise has been damaged in transit?

Notify us immediately at shop_orders@walkerart.org. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please retain the original packaging. We will work with you to arrange a FedEx return pickup. Replacement merchandise will be sent once the return is received.



What is the Walker Shop return policy?

Return Policy
Please notify us first at shop_orders@walkerart.org. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging and condition. Enclose original invoice with return. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable. Posters are not returnable. Sale items are not returnable.

 

 

Can I purchase Walker Shop merchandise, Walker tickets, and Walker memberships in the same transaction?

Separate transactions are required when purchasing Walker Shop merchandise, Walker tickets, and Walker memberships.
