Designed by Experimental Jetset
Experimental Jetset is a small, independent graphic design studio based in Amsterdam. The group consists of Marieke Stolk, Danny van den Dungen and Erwin Brinkers, all graduates of the Gerrit Rietveld Academy. Their work is primarily focused on printed matter, and they often describe graphic design as "turning language into objects". In conjunction with the Walker Art Center exhibit Graphic Design: Now In Production, they have brought us a reissue of the Flag/Sabbath/Black t-shirt design that was created for the Japanese label 2K/Gingham. This shirt features the names of three famous rock bands with part of their names cleverly "blacked out". Originally issued as a black-on-white design, we now have it as a reversed white-on-black style. The Walker Art Center is the exclusive vendor of this t-shirt within the US.
- These shirts are a slimmer Japanese style cut - you may want to purchase one size larger than normal
