Inside this snowdome, glitter "snow" surrounds an image of Frank Gehry's 1986 Standing Glass Fish. The actual sculpture is a 22-foot high fish in the Cowles Conservatory, part of the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. The figure of the fish is Gehry's fond remembrance of the giant carp that his Jewish grandmother would leave swimming in the bathtub each week to use for her Friday-night gefilte fish.
