Monica uses the lost-wax casting process with most of her work which is more in line with her creative personality than metal fabrication. She believes that bronze, which is made up of 80% copper and tin, is a metal which is alive and keeps changing according to the seasons. Monica especially appreciates how when bronze is exposed more to people’s touch it becomes more polished over time.
