How do I send a purchase as a gift?
We are happy to send a gift for you! When you are checking out, please leave a note in the comments box that it is a gift, along with a note from you to the recipient. We will be sure to remove any price stickers before we send your gift.
What do I do if merchandise has been damaged in transit?
Please let us know as soon as you can if something was damaged on it's way to you. We prefer that you let us know within three days of receiving your package, but we understand there are some exceptions. It is helpful if you keep both the damaged item and the packaging it came in. We will work with you to get you a replacement as soon as we can.
What is your return policy?
If you decide that you don't want to keep your purchase for any reason, you may simply send it back to us at the below address, and we will refund your credit card when we receive your item.

Please remember to include your packing slip. To receive a full refund, products must be returned in like-new condition in their original packaging. We prefer that you return items within thirty days, but understand that there may be exceptions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are not returnable.
