RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are welcome to return or exchange certain items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We ask that you return the product in like-new condition and keep it in the original packaging. Damaged items will be handled on a case-by case basis. Special Order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

IN STORE

Take your items to the Walker Shop during business hours for assistance. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Expect 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to process. 

BY MAIL

If you decide that you do not want to keep your purchase for any reason, you may simply send it back and we will refund your credit card when we receive your item(s). Returns are processed in 10-14 business days. Expect 5-7 business days for credit card refunds to process. 

To receive a full refund, products must be returned in like-new condition in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please mail returns to the address below and remember to include your packing slip with your order number. 

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Sale items are ineligible for returns.
